Refund policy

Due to the nature of our handmade swimwear we do not accept returns on those items.  There is a size chart and email provided if you need assistance on sizing. 

On all other non-handmade items, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. 

To be eligible for return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it: Unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags and liners attached. 

To start the return, please email us at tydethreads@gmail.com. Returns will only be issued as store credit. Sale items cannot be returned.

Items can be cancelled as long as they have not been cut.  If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible!
